As Alto is an official member of the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution, a global hub for multistakeholder cooperation to develop policy frameworks and advance collaborations that accelerate the benefits of new technology.
Our CEO Alex Romero, attended the Industry Strategy Meeting in San Francisco June 6th and 7th, where 300 Industry Strategy Officers met to build on discussions for the 2018 Annual Meeting in Davos.
The Industry Strategy Meeting also aimed to advance the work of the System Initiative, which enable industries to shift from managing disruption to pioneering new models of business continuity and innovation.
This year’s meeting focused on three key themes:
Foresight and Preparedness: How can industries improve their planning and performance in response to geopolitical challenges, market volatility and emerging technologies?
Trust and Resilience: How can industries build trust among their stakeholders and strengthen their organizational resilience in an era of increasing digital disruption and cyber-threats?
Innovation and Impact: How can business-driven innovation and new forms of collaboration address critical socio-economic and sustainable development challenges?
Alto will continue to work with the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution to evolve the scope and scale of our technology and service, while using new technologies like AI and machine learning to help solve global issues.
