Users can also configure the Alto Analyzer dashboard by selecting from over 27 modules, including Results, Conversations, Contents Shared, Authors, Summary, Trends, Bar Chart, Themes, Social Map, Live Results, Compare, Rose Chart, Sentiment, Cluster Chart, Publishers, Text, Heat Map, Countries, Languages, and Page Break.

Each one of the dashboard modules can be streamed directly to a screen in TV Mode or exported as a report in PDF format, including a cover page, name of the creator, date and title. Dashboard data can also be integrated into any existing third party CRM or ERP system.


To avoid the noise and distractions of a typical graphic interface when giving a presentation or when creating a live stream for the office, we created TV Mode. This feature allows users to display the dashboard module results in high-definition, on a full-screen, on any size TV or via a projector.


The Alto Analyzer search allows for simple and advanced search. It’s as easy as a Google search; just enter a keyword and go. Results are tabulated immediately and presented in an intuitive display.

The Alto Analyzer search area gives users maximum flexibility. They can adjust the types of results they would like to view, choose from various graphic displays (trends, countries, themes, etc.), and configure the time period.

Users can also check the relevance of the search. The Alto Analyzer weighs the relevance of each of the key words with respect to the configured ecosystem or sector. Additionally, it shows the relative percentages of the sources of the result as well as a demographic split.


The Advanced Search area gives users even more control over their search criteria from including names or nick names, marking gender, selecting languages, countries, time zones, or digital media source.

The Alto Analyzer also allows users to send results by mail, export them as CSV or Excel files, set up a Smart Alert, add tags or remove the search.


We provide real-time Smart Alerts through the Alto Analytics dashboard, email or other messaging systems for the early identification of trends or anomalies such as high volumes of traffic, trending issues, and comments form important influencers.
